The house is on one floor and consists of a terrace, porch, large living-dining room, kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, and 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 cm each, and two with a 1.50 m bed each).
Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and all 4 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room and all bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Check-in and check-out days are Saturdays (check-in after 4 pm; check-out before 10 am).
The minimum stay during high season is 2 weeks.
Payment Method: 30% at booking; the remainder, 30 days before the day of arrival. Security deposit: 300 €
