The house has one floor and is composed of terrace, porch, large living-dining room, kitchen, 1 shower-room, 1 bathroom, and 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 each, and two with bed of 1.50 each).
Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and the 4 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room and in all bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Check-in and check-out day is Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am).
The minimum stay in high season is 2 weeks.
