The ground floor consists of a glazed porch (with ceiling fan) and access to a large terrace with pool and barbecue, living-dining room (with hot/cold air conditioning), kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom (in -suite) and 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 90 cm beds and the main one with a 1.80 cm bed, with 2 mattresses).
The upper floor, with a separate entrance, is composed of a terrace, kitchen, large living-dining room (with hot/cold air conditioning), 1 toilet, 1 shower room, and 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 90-size beds and the other with 1.35 bed).
Gas central heating with radiators on the ground floor. Air conditioning in the 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Fans in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with check-in and check-out on Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
Prices in low season (between October and the end of May) are for a maximum of 4 people for the ground floor home. For the entire house, there is a supplement of €200/week.
