Description
4 bedroom villa very central in Moraira, just 400 m. from town. Private pool (new in 2020) and large terrace, outdoor toilet, small garden with grass, gas barbecue, garage, parking for several cars. Air conditioning (hot/cold). Satellite television with English and German channels. Fiber optic Internet.
The house has 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a garage, large terrace around the pool, porch, living room with fireplace, 1 shower-room, kitchen and 1 double bedroom with a 1.35 m bed.
The upper floor, with access from an external staircase, is composed of an elongated terrace with access to:
a) double bedroom with 2 90cm beds and en-suite bathroom; and b) hall, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 90 cm beds and the main one with 2 90 cm beds together), and a shower-room.
Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room, in the separate bedroom with bathroom and in the master bedroom on the upper floor. Ceiling fan in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with check-in and check-out on Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
Prices in low season (November to the end of March) are for a maximum of 2 bedrooms. For the 4 bedrooms, there is a supplement of €100/week.
Payment method: 30% upon booking; rest, 30 days before the day of entry. Security bond €300.
