The house has 2 floors connected internally. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen with island, laundry room, 2 toilets with shower (one en-suite), and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 and the other with a bed of 1.50). The upper floor consists of 1 bathroom, 1 side terrace and 2 bedrooms (one with trundle bed and the main one with fitted wardrobes and a 1.80 bed with 2 mattresses), access to a large terrace from the two bedrooms.
Ducted air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, with independent keypad in each room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Decorative gas fireplace in the living room.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Check-in and check-out day is Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am).

Prices in low season (November to end of March) are for a maximum of 4 people (2 bedrooms). Each additional room has a cost of 100 €/week.
