An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of 1 toilet with shower, 1 double bedroom with 2 mattresses of 90 x 200, and living room - bedroom with bed of 150 x 190 cm.
The lower floor, at street level, is composed of 2 garages (1 for private use).
