Beautiful semi-detached 2-bedroom bungalow in Urb. 'Los Limoneros', within walking distance of the village and beach, completely renovated in 2011, with air conditioning and heating. Satellite TV with English and German channels. WIFI Internet (fiber optic). Urb. with communal pool and gardens.
The bungalow is composed of a covered terrace, living-dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 shower room, 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a 1.50 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90), and a small rear terrace where the washing machine is located.
Radiators in the bedrooms and living room. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living-dining room. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
