On one floor. It is composed of a covered terrace and an open terrace, a living-dining room with a wood stove, a kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, and 2 bedrooms (the main one with a 1.50 m bed and the second with 2 single beds).

Wood burning stove in the living room. Radiators in the bedrooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living-dining room and fans in the bedrooms (the master with ceiling fan). Mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
