Beautiful detached house in the Urb. 'Bungalows Costera', just 1 km. from the town and beach, and 300 m. from supermarket, bars and restaurants. With air conditioning (hot-cold) and heating. On one floor. It is composed of a covered terrace and an open terrace, a living-dining room with a wood stove, a kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, and 2 bedrooms (the main one with a 1.50 m bed and the second with 2 single beds).
Roof terrace. Wood burning stove in the living room. Radiators in the bedrooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living-dining room and fans in the bedrooms (the master with ceiling fan). Mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am)
