Apartment located in the 'Aries' Complex, 1 km from the town and the beach and 400 m. from supermarket, bars and restaurants. On the upper floor. With air conditioning (hot and cold) and central heating. Urb. with communal pool. Satellite TV with English, German and French channels. WIFI Internet (fiber optic).
It is composed of a south-facing terrace with beautiful views of the mountains, living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and 2 double bedrooms (one with a 1.50 bed and the other with 2 single beds).
Central heating throughout the house. Air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living-dining room. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am.)
