Beautiful 1-bedroom bungalow , located in the area of 'El Portet', just 500 m. from the beach and 1.2 km. from the town centre. Very quiet place, in a small urbanization of 9 bungalows with communal pool. Satellite TV with English and German channels. WIFI Internet (fiber optics).
The single-storey bungalow is composed of : large front terrace, conservatory, living-dining room with wood burning stove, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with 1.50m bed, and large rear terrace with shower and washing machine shed.
Wood-burning stove in living room. Hot and cold air conditioning in the living room. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Blinds in the bedroom and living room.
Optional: Sofa bed for 1-2 children (non-adults) and/or extra bed (extra cost)
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks; Check-in and check-out day is Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am.)
